Rest Retreats focus of the 7 types of rest through discussion and practice

This 2-day retreat includes rest-focused activities such as yoga, mindfulness and breath work, relaxing accommodations AND 6-hours of therapeutic support.  

We live in a society where more is better, busy is normal and good is not enough. The Live Present workshop presents topics and discussions focused on discovering the origin of maladaptive productivity, de-conditioning perfectionism, and encouraging participants to strive for presence over perfection and production.

Does your current season of life or schedule make it challenging to attended regular counseling? Black Girls Heal workshops are 1-day events where attendees are provided psycho-education on various topics such as boundaries, normalizing rest and understanding attachment trauma. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded others in a culturally safe space.
